BEWARE of this seller This guy accidentally received money that was meant for another paypal account, we contacted him 3 times about the issue stating it was a mistake before opening a case with paypal. This is the reply I got after I asked him for all of the money back, since he requested to refund the amount partially and the rest will be refunded when he has he funds. I declined and told him that we will need all of the money back before we close the case with Paypal, since we will lose the ability to re-open the case. “Hello, If you do not believe me, you can wait for paypal to process, and I will close this paypal account immediately, this is not our business account, this is a personal account so we can close this account, and I believe you will not receive all the money and you need to wait a long time to get back from paypal, maybe 180 days. But okay, I just want this to be fast, if you don’t change paypal so I can transfer money to you today, you can wait for paypal to process” BEWARE

After nearly a month, Paypal finally closed the case and we got our money back, the seller did eventually cooperate with Paypal on the matter, and is now accusing us of causing him harm for needing our money back. This was never our intention, we only wanted our money back.

Hello. Having paid extra for support of this product I have found it frustrating to see errors on the support page and cant submit a ticket. I have a problem with the “Typo – Tabs Product” code… the option for 5 rows six items per row instead of 5. This means that the total display unevenly in the grid. Also, I would like to add more row so I can display more products. Alternatively can a “view more from this collection” be added to the bottom of the displayed content? Would like to sort this our pretty quickly if possible?

I give 5 stars for the theme and creator of this Drexel theme because he took time to answer questions regarding the theme even after the purchase. I find this very professional and will continue to support his work.

I can't understand why it should be so difficult to handle a vertical logo. I have spend 2 hours on css to get it okay on web and mobile.

Thanks for your help previously. I have 3 new issues. 1. I need a link to “view more products” from inside the “typo-tabs-product” display on the homepage. The link to view more should be added to the bottom of the product list and allow me to select catalogue/page etc Customers are currently emailing me about products they cant find because they they cant find it in the tabs display. They do not think to use the menu… and the search button is not working properly (see issue #2) 2. The search icon opens a small search bar that is solid black. But when I type into it it will not display what I typed. I pressed enter anyway (even if I could not see what I typed) and it appeared to work, showing the search results. I asked two other people to test it and they failed to see what they typed and assumed it was not working. Maybe its just the text colour that needs fixing? 3. Can the Cookies bar at the bottom be fixed? It does not display solid on top of the web page order – you cant click it to accept the terms. – when on a i-phone – I didn’t check other screen sizes. I would go to the support page but it is not working. Thanks

customizability is limited, had a lot of functional issues with the theme, also be aware that it's not well suited for non-English webshops (German in my case)

Fantastic theme, although missing some sections that would have been helpful for an e-commerce site. Had a few bugs installing the theme and getting the cart/header slider to work but the support was very quick & helpful from the developer.

This theme is incredible, but the customer service is even better. I know some CSS, so I spent 72 hours straight customizing this theme for my online store. There were a few things I couldn't figure out and they so generously went in and solved some problems for me.They are so kind and helpful, which is the biggest bonus on top of how great this theme is. I'm very picky but this one exceeded my expectations. Purchase it! You will not be disappointed.
