Beautiful theme, but it was just too much trouble to get it to work like the demo. Even after contacting customer support it did not work for me. I have used several themes before so this was not my first time.

The theme is very appealing but had trouble with simple things like adding in my logo. I've customized many sites and this one would have worked great BUT there were small things holding it back. I tried to contact the builders with questions but when you are on a deadline, it's hard to wait and play the back and forth game. Overall, I scrapped this theme and purchased Avada.

Hello, I'm writing this opinion because:Firstly: Visual Composer, and Slider Revolution, doesn't work as I expected. I can't save changes on site. "Save change" button doesn't respond to commands. I updated Slider Revolution to 5.4.1, and he doesn't work. I can't change e.g background or text in any slider. Your plugin Essential Grid makes that Visual Composer completely doesn't work.Secondly: I described all these errors on your forum. As requested which I received on email. For the first time moderator didn't read my problem correctly. I wrote that on my site doesn't work Visual Composer backend editor. The moderator repilied to me that I have to click "backend editor" button. Fine, but I didn't have this button because my VC compleatly doesn't work. I wrote about it in my post and I showed it on screenshot in attachement.
I asked moderator to read again my post. I've received the answer, my second post has been removed and propably I got ban for my forum account. Today I wanted to describe second problem with Slider Revolution but I could't write post on forum. Why? I created second account and added a post without any problems.

THIS was far the WORST experience I've every had.
After purchasing this theme --- not only was it very badly designed, and extremely confusing, I have decided to contact Envato to get some type of intervention.The developer, who DOES NOT read your issue in detail, offers no solutions.
