I honestly wish there was a refund process for the support being paid for. No one replies in efficient time with relevant information to resolve issues.

I've purchased many, many WordPress themes online in the past as I have a number of clients. This was a multi-purpose theme that I was actually very interested in buying many times again as the layout is great. Having multiple issues and have commented here, as well as on their support page, and response times range from 3-6 days. Of course, the response is always asking for more information even though I clearly explain the problem, so it's a total of 6-12 days I am waiting to fix a simple issue I can't figure out on my own. Unacceptable wait time for those who build websites for a living. I have missed two deadlines now as I refuse to deliver an un-finished product and am still awaiting a response from support.5/5 stars for the layout itself but the theme loses 2 stars until support improves. That time isn't acceptable, especially since some themes I can get responses in under 2-3 hours.

I am having a similar issue as another user… Redux framework will not activate. It says it needs version 5.2.2 to activate but the latest version available is 3.6.15

Hi, the default font, “Poppins” that comes with the theme import only shows on my home page and not the other pages. Why is this?

The menu in Consult Aid disappears between width 960px and 1100px where no mobile menu appears. We noticed that this problem is already there since the release of Consult Aid. And it’s still there in the latest release of Consult Aid, even in your own demo site currently on Themeforest. This problem is mentioned in several support topics but no working solution is given nor is the problem solved. Can you please check this out? Thanks in advance!

Hey I bought your theme for consultaid and installed it initially on our testing domain with the link vervedemos.in/transpire. Now when the development is completed and the dummy content is replaced with the original one, we thought of taking it live to transpire.co.in but as soon as we took the live, we found that the website is not displaying properly. Infact, the header is still showing theme name while it works fine on our demo server. In the backend, the visual composer seems locked and ask us to activate. I am doubtful that one time license got ignorantly used on our testing domain and now when we want to take it live on our live domain, we are facing issue. Could you please urgently help us to get rid of it, so that we can take it live. if it is about license, could you please license it for our live domain which is- www.transpire.co.in. I look forward to your urgent help. Thanks

I cant seem to register on the support location. When using the One Click Demo Data, I choose the 1 – home layout, but it only loads the 2 – home layout. No matter what demo format I choose it only loads 2 – home. Is there some solution to this I am missing? Thanks.

Very good theme to use for any purpose. I used it for a corporate client, and I was able to get the site completed with very little effort. All the design elements look perfect and it was easy to work with. I recommend this theme!
