Hi, I have just purchased this theme and attempted to install into Wordpress. Installation could not complete due to “the theme is missing the style.css stylesheet”. How can I proceed please?

Demo content is importing but demo website has several broken CSS styles plus many console errors, I need help installing the full Theme with full demo like the live demo you have inside Theme forest. Where and when I can get help? As I already read your documentation but is NOT helping.

I submitted a support request but haven’t heard back. The demo install is not working. Please see ticket #2815182. If it can’t resolve today I need my money back to use a different theme. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the theme and also completely uninstalling and reinstalling wordpress. It continues to look wrong after the demo upload.

Horrible experience with this theme.
I purchased it, instead it on my Wordpress web site.
The Home page is not correctly displayed, I checked with Elementor, and the rrot cause is that there was no content on it.
i asked for support, for the moment they fixed display of Home page, but all other pages are now empty.
I ask for a refund, because i wasted a lot of time (one week) on this theme.

Hello, can you check again the ticket #2812846. It has been 3 days already and I gave you ftp account and admin account. If you cannot solve it today I also want a refund. Same issue as @taramariewest
