Hello We just bought it. And installed successfully. But we cannot import videos from Youtube. Video posts return to WP default posts, no video configuration, no img, …. Please help us.

I have 9 other premium themes for video in my library including the top-selling ones, I looked at goWatch and had to buy it immediately and use it on my main project because it's simply superior in terms of design/coding quality. I hope the team will add more features and keep their fantastic support.

Pardon me if someone already asked this question: What bandwidth specs do I need in order to upload a large amount of videos, especially videos that are lengthy (ie 2 hours)? Or does the theme come equipped for this?

This theme is just FANTASTIC, tons of customization, easy to use, intuitive, sleek, clean and eyes catching. Seller support is just superb, fast and friendly response. Definitely I recommend TouchSize because their theme, and GoWatch in particular are simply fantastic. Hello,
Unfortunately for the moment the ads on mobile are not supported, maybe we will be able to find a solution for this in the near future. While we did work and try to add them to mobile as well – there were some incompatibilities at the time. There was an option to override this which worked for some cases but it was not stable enough to include it.

Hello. Finally got around to loading the theme. 3 quick questions.
1. Is there a way to set the amount of likes to any # for each video?
2. Is there a plugin that we can use that will allow us to set the # of views for any video?
3. When they upload a video, will it automatically pull the cover from the video and use as a featured image or will they always have to upload their own? And would it work the same way if admin is adding videos?
4. Is the video published immediately or do we get a chance to actually see if the video is decent and publish manually.

The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format isn’t supported.
What is the issue. Doesn’t play videos anymore.

This theme has everything I wanted an needed besides twitch.tv as a social link, icon etc. but support said they would implement in the next update. Great documentation on setting the theme up.
Customer support is really quick to respond and beyond helpful. A+ customer service. Will definitely look to touchsize for future theme needs.
