Hi! I am a bit new to WordPress and the Theme-concept. However the installation was quite straight forward. I had some issues because I used PolyLang extension for multi language support. But the issues where just because I didnt understand Wordpress so well. I created a ticket and support person (Jamie) did a great job helping me with my issues / lack of knowledge. Hello.. I just installed your theme. But even a clean install is not displaying correctly. Product Gallery, Read More Button, Related Products All of these are broken already. It’s too complicated. I’ve been looking for three hours for how to edit footer for Home 18 layout. Appears immediately after menus at the top left of the page. I can’t find it … it’s super complicated.

Very very good desigend theme, it is the best choice for my planned shop. For the customized needs, I have to bother the customer service. They react always fast and prefessonally and solve my problem with patience and professionality. Really a very good team and good service. If I need further themes I will consider them as my first choice.
