Hey I have imported the theme and also installed all the plugin but the One Click Demo Import is asking for update and I have updated but still again and again it is asking for update and is not letting me import the demo content please help

a really bad support! I'm still facing problems with import, they don't take the time to take care of my problem, just they did the same... A bad theme to buy. I'm making the solutions by my own.

Very very slow support, takes too many time to have an answer.. and didn't help with problem.. great theme.. but need improve support.

There are tabs under the photo on the tour page in your theme, can we remove these tabs from wp bakery and completely edit the page content?

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Good looking theme and reactive support at first BUT main basic booking features just don't work and now force us to consider changing theme after over a year of hard work. :( A few examples:- Tours displayed by default in anti-chronological order and no way that can be changed - Impossible to manage sales properly - Tour payment status from Paypal does not show at all in booking panel backend - Tour booking tool is absolutely not user-friendly (mandatory to browse year calendar to find next available dates, mandatory to click on availability button in order to go on with process) and is not customizable - No redirection to thank you page possible after paymentDocumentation provided is poor and of little help (like "header: this is where you can edit header format"). Really, a bummer. It's the least that I can say.

This is one of the most difficult themes to use. I understand that they wanted it to be customizable and flexible, but I found the way it is structured on the backend and the documentation is not so detailed, it makes it very difficult to work with - especially for anyone who has not worked on wordpress site before. It has not only been a waste of my time trying to understand how to work with this theme but a waste of money since I will not be using this theme. I haven't contacted support because there are just too many questions and it shouldn't be this difficult to begin with.

In my point of view, the only thing that really works well is taking the money if you buy the theme. The problems start if you try to import the content: It simply does not work. I wrote a support ticket and the proposed to try it several times one after the other. I did, which resultet in header navigation spread all over the page. Another support ticket written, their answer: That happens if you try to import demo content several times... Any questions? After several trials that did not work at all, even from their side, I asked for refund because using the theme is not possible for me. They answered that I did not answer on support tickets too long. So I wrote to envato. They also refused a refund. Not even for the extra 6 month support. The result is, that I am done with Mikado and Envato.

Hi, I just updated Mikado Roam theme from 1.2 version to 1.10. I followed steps in “Updating Roam” chapter in offical documentation. Next I updated all roam plugins (core, tours, etc.) and WPBakery plugin. After that when I go to a published single tour site (under ”/tour-item/{tourName}/” URL path) I receive “404 Page not found”. Even if I update the tour item from admin panel (such as its description, name or URL) and click publish, then on preview and published site I still receive “404 Page not found”. I set WP_DEBUG to true for any hints but I don’t see any warnings in this mode. Please let me know, what can I do to fix it.

This theme looks great. I bought it for that reason.However, this theme is also as the most convoluted theme structure and incompatible plugins of most any theme I've ever purchased from Envato.Do not buy this software if you want to customize or for that matter update existing plugins bought with the theme, you'd be better off coding it yourself.The only reason to buy this theme is if you want it to look exactly like their sample using the same tools, but good luck with the plugin updates and the theme framework. Get ready for hours of frustration,.

How do I specify which custom style I want to apply to a contact form? We have the ability to create 3 custom styles, but I can’t find where to choose among them when using a contact form.
