Hi, demo install for “roche” layout is not retrieving media files. I had changed WooCommerce image settings before install it in so many ways, but no deal. Furthermore, I had to install jQuery Migrate Helper plugin to get around an error that was appearing (“Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).live is not a function”) when I click on tab “Apperance > Demo Install” right after installing and activating the upscale theme, but I don’t know if it has something to do with. Can you help me with demo install in order to look like content available in http://dahz.daffyhazan.com/upscale/roche/ ?

Hello when i create a row with the video background turned on, it works perfectly well on the laptop/desktop screen but not on smaller screen sizes. I noticed that a vc_hidden-xs class is applied to it making the video background not run on small screens. Since, i want a video background to run on small scree, can you tell me how to run it? or remove this vc_hidden-xs class from the row video background

Hello guys,
I got 3 new issues after updating the YOKR theme.
1. Mobile view – Homepage – Product Images – show 2 images. The first and second one for the product

2. Mobile view – product page – Product images either dont show or only 1 image shows and the secondary thumbnails dont show.

3. Desktop view – product page – only one image shows and thumbnails dont. Plus I get error messages asking me to click “ok” but no message in the box.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the theme developer, who has helped me with some minor issues over the past couple of months while modifying the theme for a client, he fixed them straight away and was absolutely fabulous. Tech Support Rocks! Also the theme is amazing, it works extremely well, my client is so happy with the look of it, will definitely use the theme again for other clients. Thanks Again Jolt!
