I purchased Qmail (purchase code 6f22344c-597a-447a-a94e-0da3180c0a8a) and need to upload it to my StampReady account. Your Read Me file doesn’t explain how to do this. I uploaded the html file as a template, but it doesn’t include the font and graphic files. How do I get the font and graphic files uploaded so I can see them in my preview pane?

hello i just purchased the QMAIL templates as i use it for stampready builder. Problem i have is that majority of our clients these days use the latest Microsoft surface pro that come with MS outlook. If i use a module from QMAIL that is two columns that work but most of the single column ones are out of whack.. text from images are not aligned even though they look good in stampready. I can send you images but we’ve noticed that with newer MS outlook programs and it makes the email look like garbage.
Also, I purchased QMAIL because it had some really neat templates. Some of the modules don’t allow me to change the pictures within stampready which is a bit of a pain.

I purchased this and when I try to use the editor it just keeps telling me to download the html i have to purchase? How do I use the builder and be able to download the finished htmL?

I’ve purchased but cannot remove unneeded modules in Stampready to export. File size is crashing editor so I cannot separate into more usable chunks.How do I export full template to Stampready if I’ve already purchased?

I purchased your email template. I’m using the html version with constant contact. When I view the output in Outlook, the one block separates the titles to be side by side. It looks fine in Chrome and IE browser. I’m sure there is a CSS hack to fix it. I can forward you the code if you would like to see what I’m talking about.

Disappointed to see that the template isn’t as cleanly recognized in Mailchimp as advertised – will be sending over a support request but it should be noted, that there are some bugs that you’ll need to straighten out with the Mailchimp template. Followed instructions on uploading to Stampready and then exporting to Mailchimp and images for social media icons don’t show up, some text looses formatting and sections of text for some modules are note editable.

I Purchased QMAIL Yesterday.
I simply use stampready builder and export HTML to desktop and upload it to Mailchimp.
I found that some of the elements not properly display on Mobile devices but no problem that is not my concern.
My concern is :-
Gmail Clipping my entire email. It just show up 30% of email in Desktop as well as mobile device too. Then it shows “View Entire Message” link.
Let me know more on it with your end resolution.

It says this is compatible with Mailchimp. When you import these templates do you need to know how to code or is it more drag and drop?

Thank you for your quick response. I did not get a tutorial or documentation file, nor did I get a zip file. When I downloaded Qmail from the envato market, all I got was a folder labeled “Main Files” that contained a “CampaignMonitor,” “MailChimp,” and “StampReady” folder, an “HTML” folder and a Read Me First file. Each folder contains a fonts, images and thumbnails folder and an index file. I figured out how to upload the StampReady html file, but that did not include the fonts and graphics. I checked YouTube and the video showed how to upload a zip file to StampReady, but I did not receive a zip file.
