I`m giving up after 6 months trying to get this theme to work. every time I install this theme on magento 2 it will start giving me lot of troubles. 1st the Theme is not working properly and get me a couple of errors then Magento won`t work anymore in production mode. I have tried on a clean install of Magento and have no troubles at all, I can install a few extensions, no troubles, but as soon as I got the theme installed... a mess comes out! I can`t undesrstand how others are running this theme smoothly but to me it only creates troubles and made me waste enormous amount of time since the support just gave up on me quite quickly. (After my rating the author replied saying if I contacted them by mail they would have help, yet they didn`t had the decency to answer my mail in over a week hence I`m downgrading my rating to 1 star). This theme is a mess, after giving up on it I bought the best selling one on themeforest and it really is oceans apart from this code quality speaking. 0 issues at all with that

I encountered several issues and I believe a couple of them might not have been the theme's fault but their support people have always been willing to help me solve the issues. Overall, I'm satisfied with the theme for its design and features.

This theme installed very easily. I was able to customize the few things I needed to change. The support was great and I would buy from this compnay again. The front page builder is really great if you are not a code expert. You can make changes very fast.

Support is Super Slow Now. 3 Days I am still waiting to get started, and the reason to ask for support is Buggy Code. It looks super beautiful from the top, but something or other breaks.

This theme is by far the best magento theme we've seen in the past couple months, The reason we have chosen 'Other' as the main reason of rating since it will be unfair to select any of the options listed.You guys have done exceptionally great work on this theme and we had no issues setting this up by following the documentation and we even encountered a bug that was related to the latest magento version which was resolved within an hour of asking the support.HIGHLY RECOMMEND this theme to anyone who wants to start a quick magento store and has some knowledge working in magento.*This theme may require some adjustments in the CSS of desktop and mobile but they are all easy fixes and we were able to fix them in just an hour of work*

Very nice designed theme and, this might be more important, a fabolous professional and effective support which is friendly, very fast, effective and nearly 24/7 reachable. Theme is perfect working with Magento 2 also on multilanguage and multistore shops. Great theme, great team!

The theme works on Magento 2.1.9, at first the bugs will makes you crazy, but thanks to their developer support, they gets all of the bugs fixed, would buy again from them for my another site.

The Unero theme is solid - with lots of features and customisation options. What really impressed me though was the excellent customer service and after sales support. Highly recommended.

The theme has some bugs and the support solves just the quick ones, but no answer for big problems. They take too much time to answer, and sometimes there is no response. I have had to change to another theme. i recommend you no to download this theme.
