Hello. I bought this theme, but it is not possible to upload in WordPress. I get message from WP: The package could not be installed. Theme is missing style sheet style.css. Theme installation failed. How does this work now? Do I get my money reimbursed for unused theme purchases or is there something that can be fixed?

FYI, your demo seems to fail if you have AdBlock enabled. Every page is blank. There is a script at the bottom of the page called: https://lumiere.qodeinteractive.com/wp-content/cache/minify/ad468.js AdBlock looks for scripts with the text ‘ad’ in them and blocks them, so I would suggest renaming that script.

I’m having a hard time figuring out how to replace the existing demo images (like the ones on the home page) to my own images. For the life of me I can’t figure it out and also how to update the title because it still shows the generic title. I have the Magnolia theme.

Hi, I purchased your theme today because I liked the template however I had read the comments before that everyone was struggling to install and use it before. I am having the same problem now. All the time theme installer on word press giving errors, so I have eventually wiped my old website by resting my word press using Advanced Rest Wp. Then upload your zip file via C panel. Now I can see some of your options as my work press backbone. As I need to restart my website quickly how should I access to your blossom template for my front page (https://lumiere.qodeinteractive.com/blossom/)? I want to use your pre-made pages and menus on the template and load my photos and videos and rename the titles menu. Then start customizing it more. For instance, I do have the GEM theme and give me all the options through a new blank page. Also, elementor does the same thing, so you can edit live and have options on the backbone. I do not understand your template at this stage. can you please re-clarify how to access and load the templates correctly.

I know it is a modern trend with themes, but I get frustrated at how many plugins are bundled with the themes and are required to be installed and activated to obtain full functionality for the theme. If the site is being developed from scratch I understand, but it requires way to much change on existing sites to be of benefit. To be honest i should have checked more, but I prefer the layout and design of these sort of sites, but would rather be able to achieve that through widgeted areas and so on rather than visual page builder (slows my site down too much), or other plugins.

Two questions: 1. I’ve not received the account validation email from help center to log in. Its impossible for me to submit a support ticket right now ‘cause the account needs validation. 2. Where can I set up the password for each proofing gallery. I can customize the appearance but i can’t find where the password is introduced. Thanx!!
