We have 2 themes from "Hotel Booking" in use and we love it. We would like to buy 1 more theme for a new website. The support is excellent and fast. We were always helped quickly and perfectly! Thanks to "nicdark themes"!

The theme is actually really code. A bit "treaky" if you're not used to code a bit, but the support is great and really quick. The design is beautiful and so far is working great.

Poor documentation makes this theme hard to implement and customize. It's fine if you just want to import the demos and replace content, as it has the basic features stated for hotel websites. Support is available but their answers are not helpful. We have to figure out everything ourselves or hire a developer. Their documentation sites were down and we bought based on the features described as we had a short deadline, but not as complete or straightforward as we thought.

Overall low quality of theme features and documentation. Hard to get working even when importing demo content.

Hello. I submitted a ticket a few days ago but still no answer, so I will write you here if you don`t mind. I have noticed a few important bugs and less important ones but they still, need a fix. Other than that, great theme and design. IMPORTANT! Booking option bug, the number is not rounded when selected more than 3 days/nights. IMPORTANT! The checkout button on the booking page doesn`t work. IMPORTANT! There is no child theme. IMPORTANT! – The main theme is somehow dependent on _MACOSX folder outside of the theme. That should not be the case. Where in the dashboard do I activate the license? There is no notification for a new order in the dashboard, No option to select multiple orders, No “Trash” place for deleted orders and redirection back to all orders, There is no way to disable the booking option for a single custom post type “Room”, Do you have Email templates for mail notifications?

Too many issues.... not worth the purchase. You cannot have mandatory fees added to the total of a purchase such as a cleaning fee. There is an account page but no page for registration, yet registration is shown to be disabled on the account page...go figure. Taxes cannot be added per trip. Rather they are added via per person/per night. That is not how I want to charge and there is no other option. Also you can not sync the calendar to ANY other calendar such as Airbnb.com, expedia.com, booking.com, or vrbo.com to name a few of the hundreds it NEEDS to be synced to. This has been the most frustrating purchase and setup I have done.

Oh nice this theme at this price !!!! This is the second time I buy this theme for another customer and I cannot leave another positive review! The features shown in this theme are impressive. My client chose it after a careful analysis of all hotel and resort themes here. This theme allows the management of rooms, quantities, services and incredible prices! I can create different prices for each period, every day and block periods when my client closes the structure. Furthermore the system manages the availability in a real way and my client can independently manage his reservations without calling me every time for any problem. Continue to work and improve this incredible project! The best theme in my opinion for hotels at the moment!

I did extensive research and I'm glad that I picked this theme. It has so many features easy to use and on top of that, the support is excellent. I would recommend this theme to anybody that is going to go into the hotel or rental business.

sorry to say but is not worth the purchase. the theme is well design but there are lot of unfinished things and i don't think that the team want to invest in future updates.you put effort into building a good website but you discover that the theme is limited and the documentation is poor, the team respond to tickets but the platform is also limitated.a problems for us is that we can't translate the e-mail templates in other languages and we are stuck. i will come back with more details and i hope the team will take care of this theme and i can change my rating to a positve one.
