I need help because even after installing the entire template correctly the shortcode is not interpreted by wordpress. I already asked for a refund.

Does not play well with WooCommerce. Wordpress updates also complain about this theme not being compatible, this has been for a few weeks with no update from the developer.

Shortcodes are not interpreted even after installation and everything is set up correctly.
Environment, plugins and even made the import of demo data.
I want the refund as soon as possible.
