My Demo import is not working. every time I import it, It says fail error. Even revolution slider is empty, it asks me to take upgrade slider plugin, what is this? That’s really a waste of money.
Even the support is not good. I have not received any support yet.

After installing theme, please install all required plugin (You can check our online documentation https://doc.nurcodes.com/kenray/).
Then you can import data from Import demo data under menu of Appearance. Go to Appearance > Import Demo Data. Then, Click on import.

Hello, I’m having difficulty using WPML integration, because some boxes are not appearing to be translated (Fancy box in homepage and FAQ’s in homepage). Can you please advise?

Hi, i’m using wp rocket with your theme for caching, it all works great, however when delaying javascript execution is enabled the preload image gets stuck on the screen until you scroll down, can you let me know the preload javascript file location so i can exclude it from wp rocket please? Is there an issue with importing the demo sites? In the past i had no issues but i deleted the site and am starting over but the imports just don’t seem to be working. I keep waiting and waiting ….

hello i bought your theme and got some errors after installing it.
1. There is no “Services” dashboard option even after reinstallation?
2. All service pages are not accessible via the direct menu call?
3. The Get a Qoute button is not visible?
in the footer are the colors of the underlines of the headings not changed or adapted to the primary color?
4. All pages are only loaded in the browser (Firefox) after a refresh?
Other questions:
I don’t need a WooCommerce and Elementor plugin. Does the theme still work without restrictions?
Please help me quickly
