Pofo is beautiful in design, layout, UX/UI, and color scheme. It's truly 5 stars. However, with such a great product without a great customer support, it can mean nothing bec it won't allow you to achieve what your needs are. What an amazing template. I picked main reason as “Other”, because all reasons listed there are main reasons to give you five stars – it is all: customizability, flexibility, documentation, design, code quality, available features. I tried to create my online portfolio with WordPress investing over $100 into template and plugins (don’t wat to name names here) but could not get the result I wanted struggling with it for 3 months. With your template I could create all I imagined in 3 days. And my site loads and performs so fast now, and so smoothly, yet looking slick, modern and exactly the way I wanted. Hi..Purchased the theme, however realize only 3 level menus are supported. Can it made to add more levels? How to expand the levels in left nav / top nav bar?

I really like the designs of this theme, but Desktop, Tablet and Mobile view in Chrome browser are awful, sorry. So disappointed after checking on my Smartphone :-( I really would appreciate a more elegant solution for chromies.

I purchased this template to create my online portfolio. So far, it has been amazing! The design is very modern and looks great across all platforms. But most of all, I'm not an expert at web design and their customer support has been phenomenal. Whenever I submit a ticket, they provide prompt responses. Recently, I wanted to make changes to the responsiveness of my site. Sandy helped me reach out to their development team, and they kindly provided lines of code to solve my issue!

I'm leaving this rating of 3/5 stars because the form validation and documentation on this theme's form use is horrible.Beside a few lackluster examples, you can easily waste away your day trying to debug and update the forms to customer requirements. No examples of Date input, number inputs, radio buttons etc.The front-end validation of the forms are dependent on the Main.js file and pretty much only check to see if an input is blank, nothing else. If it's blank, it won't even spit out a requirement message. If you add the "required" attribute or other HTML5 pattern attributes to the inputs, it'll break validation. It's like the developers got to the form part of the theme and just sandbagged it.I highly recommend to purchase Quform to complete this beautifully designed theme, that lacks in form functionality.
