Purchased Theme with support – very misleading advertising – did not mention it uses 9 plugins many of which do not work well – after 3 weeks & many emails they offered a Envato credit despite their refund policy stating I would be entitled to “a refund from the author”

So far we have found this theme is not fit for purpose for a business directory listing style website. The URLs that appear when a query is made via the search function shows 'job_region' and 'job_type' when making a search. This is no good for a business directory listing website. It is set up for a job listing website only.The response i got from support was "Sorry you can not change them. Those are default variable of plugin WP Job Manager". No help there then! I think this theme should be removed as it is falsely advertising that is it suitable for business directory websites when it is clearly not.I then asked for a little more support and got a very short reply that was of no use whatsoever. I am sure my question was not even read properly and the person replying just wanted to reply as quickly as possible with the least amount of words.We are extremely unhappy with this theme so far and we will be looking for a refund.

Hello I have installed this theme from Envato but have found some bugs on mobile version if I buy the theme from themeforest can you tell me if you can fix them please? 1) register / login button still appears on mobile 2) How do i edit the contact form on each listing 3) on desktop version there is a bug with listing category dropdown menu on add listing page Thanks

Having got access to this theme through Envato Elements, it looks pretty useful. However, Google Maps is now restricted via their paid API. Is there an option to easily remove the map options for listings? Or a way of using a different mapping provider?
