4 days since a ticket is open and there has been no response - neither at the ticksy support portal nor via Email. There seem to be no other way to get support.
My issue is that I want to get this theme installed on an existing shop without having to import demo products (demo blocks and pages are still ok). It does not work this way, and any request for support or guidance have so far been ignored.
P.S.: I will update this review if something changes later and they help me get the theme running, but as of now, even 1 star is too much.

why did you not provide updated theme here? I saw many pages design in psd is different with theme and i already submit a ticket but not get any reply..

The demo pages are shocking when scrolling up and down. It blinks all the time. Very annoying. Is this the way this theme works? Thank you in advance.

Hi, We had submit private ticket #971408 about ePay window payment three days ago and still waiting for reply, as our web store is live and user visiting the store, so please need to sort out the problem in priority top.

Hello,
We have bought your theme-magento-theme-for-bike-shop theme.
We have installed Magento version 1.9.2.4, version that is indicated as supported by your theme.
After installing magento, we’ve followed the entire installation process for your theme, including importing the dump.sql database with demo data.
We have an error in both the frontend and the backend that does not allow us to view the site:
Fatal error: Call to a member function setArea () on boolean in /app/code/core/Mage/Core/Controller/Front/Action.php on line 67
