Hi, After buying the depot theme I understood this ecommerce theme only works with Wordpress, and is not suited for Shopify. Is it possible to get a refund or change it for a Shopify theme? I haven’t used the theme because it doesn’t load into Shopify beacause it doesn’t recoqnize a liquid program (“zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid”). Otherwise I have to throw away 70 dollars. Please help me out!

The features and customisability looks endless, but is in fact quite complex and limited at the same time. I never had so much work on a simple 'minimalistic' Wordpress/WooCommerce theme..Each post-type or page is an horror story. Too much options and no continuity, even after importing the demo content.

WORST template I ever worked with in the past 15 years. Only works for simple sites, the mobile version is full of bugs specially if you setup an eCommerce site. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.Tech support responds every 3-4 days..

the update from Oct 12, 2021 is not working as expected. its not supporting with WP 5.8.1. theme customize options are not loading. product variation edit options also not loading

Hello, I have purchased 6 months of item support & attempting to login to Qode Help Centre to submit a request, however, when I attempt to login, I receive this message: “Your account has not been verified yet. Please check your email in order to verify your account and complete the registration.” However, there is no email in my inbox & no way of prompting a resend. How do I login to submit a request??

Absolutely horrible. I am not a developer, and it's virtually impossible to use this theme without being one.The documentation failed to answer even the simplest of questions. I'd avoid.

I have really enjoyed building version two of our site with this theme. I am not a regular site builder and I found the theme easy to use. I had to get assistance with the initial download and some things along the way. The customer service is good - they will solve your problem and are able to understand my computer illiterate questions - but it is slow. It took on average two business days for a response. I don't know where to start. Everything's just either broken or misleading. The biggest issue for us (aside from the innumerable bugs) is, all WooCommerce page templates on the demo are fake - they're just widgets and can't actually be used as shop pages. I've hacked a bit of a solution myself by cutting out bits of the widget code, but that's obviously not a great solution. I opened a few support tickets, all of which were ignored, then emailed the support address, who refused to answer my question and just told me to open another ticket. Ugh.
