This is a pre sale question. After I install this on shopify, do you think the loading times will be the same as stated? Im about to ask for a refund on another theme, because it doesn’t. Another question, is it possible to hide the header/banner on mobile? Thank you so much

Hi, when I use Header position: Absolute, the logo disappears when I view the website on a mobile, but is fine on a laptop.

I follow Cleversoft team for a while now and they have never failed to impress me with their designs, theme and supports.

You also say the "code is impossible" but I was able to fix the problem I asked you about in 45 minutes, if only they had been more polite and helpful (as I was in my first question to them **only asking them about their breadcrumb setup!**) I would have seen the easy solution. Happy to say my pages look great now if only support would have been more helpful - I could have gone to the right area much quicker. For my next job, I will be using a different seller/theme. Shame because this one is beautiful, but really rude support. Please improve the way you speak to your customers and follow theme forests rules.1st update: The seller threatened to take away all support (WHICH I PAID FOR FOR 6 MONTHS) after I rated the theme 2 stars due to asking a question about the breadcrumb image settings. I did not ask them for custom code or any code help (I write code!) I simply I asked them about their settings so I could use the template successfully. After a bad experience I rated the customer support and received this e-mail:"Dear crystal, A new reply was posted on your ticket: Hello, We are very sorry to receive a star on themeforest, we want to help you more, but now we are sorry to not be able to continue to support you in the future, i hope you can remove Or change to 5 star on themeforest. and if you want change image for breadcrum on each page, you need change code for file css, some file liquid so I hope it can help you, and I hope you can change star on themeforest"That is a direct breaking of the rules of being a seller on ThemeForest which clearly states: *Technical questions about the item's built-in features, functionality and thirdparty plugins *Help with included thirdparty assets (e.g. image sliders, contact forms)

Please, author, I’m seeking answers to these and really need bug fixed version, don’t want to miss this awesome theme. 1. ajax loading is duplicating products 2. text logo is smaller in collection page, and on mobile, it’s not aligned well. ( we can’t adjust for mobile version separately ? ) 3. when we select filters, the title of web page change to the URL 4. shopifyFD meta fields not working ( countdown, progress-bar tried ) 5. prices, sizes are not showing in the sidebar filter :(  6. can we disable grid view feature on the collection page? 7. how can we get customization service for this theme? thank you.

Im not a person who really leaves negative comments. I’ve been left with no choice but to leave a negative comment for everyone to read. Be very carful in what you buy from Clever Soft, support side of things are really bad, no replies or responds, you end up waiting for days hoping someone will pickup your message and get back to you, but thats not that case. now I’ve started to look for another theme provider and hoping ill get a refund on the theme I’ve purchased from Clever Soft, its been a real waste of time.

Does this theme provide image resize for the product images I upload or do I have to resize it before uploading?
