the theme itself was not as easy to customize as i thought... but customer support was the best quality i ever experienced!

The theme is great and looks great. Unfortunately, it's very difficult to set up. Unlike most themes that can be up and running in less than an hour, this theme I'm 4 hours in and still can't get the look I need. The layouts feature is simply too much and difficult to set up quickly. This is one of the most difficult themes I have purchased from themeforest and would advise if you're looking for a theme with fast setup and easy customization, you may want to look elsewhere. Having said that, the theme is very customizable.

I can't say enough good things about this design/template/theme. It is EXTREMELY well done, well organized, and developer support is fantastic.
