I had at least 3 different support tickets and with each one they responded within 24 hours and solved my issue. My last email was answered within 30 minutes! Great customer service and I would highly recommend.

***Beware of this theme and seller****
I would rate this theme negative 5 stars if themeforest allows me that. The theme sucks in all aspects. It lacks basic customizations like background color and element colors including predefined settings.Right from start of demo import till first page I am stuck since many weeks of sloppy support and slow and useless responses from seller. Almost no customizations and when asked, seller asking me to do from css code what the heck..I brought it, seeing its description, however its simply waste of time and shitty support. I request themeforest to throw such seller out for ripping off the customers or provide refunds. Super disappointed!

Even though this theme is limited in its customisation it is made up for with Customer Support and Ease of Use. If you want a plug and play option with great support then this is a good choice for you.

"Your message to [email protected] couldn't be delivered. support wasn't found at codeccoder.com."These guys are fast only to complain to Envato to remove the feedback from unhappy customers and writing looong comments basically saying that the customer is wrong.Issues with the theme:
1. No replies on support tickets for more than a week
2. Poor Documentation
3. Demo Data Import Issues

Beautiful work I’m really interested in the theme and demo content of the Digital World. I would love this as is with pictures and all and all slider effects. I know the pictures are not included but do you have the links for that? and will the slider include the effect of digital world with the sound wave effect?
Or do you guys offer a service where you instal everything with the pictures. I can do it myself but would love to look just like the demo. Thanks for your time, Jay

I would like to install the Event Schedule 7 style to my website. I love the titles and the ability to click on each of them and see a popup with more details. Can I add to the tiles , the event’s speaker/ speakers? I see that you have them in Event Schedule 3 , but I don’t see them in Event Schedule 7. Can I add them inside the popup as well? I want the user to view the speakers and click on their name to go to their personal page.
Also, how can I add an “Add to Google Calendar” buttonto each event? That would be super helpful.

Great looking theme and easy to customise, but need css skills if you wish to change default colours. However, the theme authors go above and beyond to help you with this and any other tweaks or bugs. Highly recommended for their support alone.

Help! I just updated the theme (along with WPBakery Page Builder) and now none of my pages utilizing WPBakery Page Builder are displaying any content (such as https://waunafest.org/officers/). The WPBakery Page Builder elements are all still there when I inspect the pages in the administrative side, but they don’t render on my actual pages. In your latest theme update, WPBakery Page Builder was updated to version 6.2, but I see that the latest version is actually 6.4.2—do I need that to get my pages working again?

I've purchased this theme days ago. This theme includes out of date plugins, that still require licencing. Also the theme is not flexible and customizable. I've requested refund days ago and still waiting for case resolution.

I'm super disappointed on how it took you guys forever to get back on me, Theme's should make the life of the user easier. I don't understand why it is hard to install your theme and import your demo and how your contact support isnt responsive!! I'm super disappointed. The theme is SUPER! Higly customizable, beautiful and useful! I am doing a music Festival but you can do conference, events with a lot of options very nice and modern design! The support is SUPER! Very fast answers, very clear and very helpful also for beginner! I recommend this theme for all these reasons.

My event repeats itself every day. In the demo I don’t see a choice of the event date. (Calendar)
Is it possible to buy tickets for the same event for different days?
Moreover, can more tickets (different plan) be purchased in the same purchase transaction?

Compatibility with WordPress 5.8
Hi, I have this theme purchased, and we currently have version 1.2.9 (attached photo: https://ibb.co/tJ6sZyR ) and our WordPress version is 4.6.21.
We would like to update everything, and my question is if the “BigEvent” template is compatible with the current version of WordPress 5.8.

A theme that is not worth the money, extremely difficult to personalize with many necessary plugins. I'm sorry I bought this product and I do not recommend it in any form.
