When will the theme be updated? I just upgraded to the latest version of WordPress and now WPBakery doesn’t work, nor does classic editor. I will have to revert to the previous backup until the theme is updated. I’ve tried reaching out on Skype with no response yet. I’ll try to reach the forum during its hours, but I’m not usually able to due to the time difference.

It looks like the theme is having issues with WP 5.5 (throwing php errors) and is causing issues inside the Wordpress Dashboard when used with WP Bakery. Can someone check on this. This is the error I am seeing.. PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function labora_get_vars() on null in /themes/labora/framework/admin/theme-options.php:812

I have purchased this theme. But I am a DotNet developer, not a PHP developer. Can I get/extract html, css and javascript files from this theme? So that I can build the website in DotNet instead of word press or php?

Hi, since updating to WP 5.5 I started receiving this error: “TypeError: $(...).live is not a function” for the script below MYDOMAINNAME.com/wp-content/plugins/labora-core/labora-shortcodes/js/admin/shortcode_upload.js?ver=5.5:20 when going to the file I see this error: TypeError: Cannot read property ‘requestContent’ of undefined This started happening after WP 5.5 was updated

Purchased, downloaded and installed Labora theme today, and the theme styling options tab did NOT install. There is NO way to style the theme! Uninstalled, downloaded files again and reinstalled and still, nothing. Registered for support site, and attempted to post topic twice, and it doesn’t show up. Hope to get this sorted ASAP. Left messages for theme author on here.

As a previous commentor said, “The logo quality for the header is extremely poor. Every time I upload a hi res photo it gets distorted when it’s applied. How could I fix it so it appears like a crisp, clear logo.” Your support center is NOT providing correct information. They said is must be 171×150. That is incorrect. The Labora logo is 171×35!! So, I CANNOT recomment this theme to anyone that wants to have a decent looking header until you explain to us how to resolve the poor quality logo display. You have yet to tell us what dimensions it’s coded for or provide CSS to fix the issue.

Forum is closed and I’ve gotten no response on Skype for a week, so commenting here. When on Skype support 3-4 weeks ago, developer updated some settings, and now I cannot change the overlay color on the title bar. It is permanently overlaying the title bar with #f68933, which was our original choice, but we wanted to update it to #166a8f, which I did, and it’s showing that in the settings, but still displaying #f68933 on every page. I sent screenshots in chat to Skype. Since your forum is closed now, I don’t know if I can stay up late enough until it opens to post a topic but I will try. I would greatly appreciate a response as we already took the site live and would really love this important element of display at the top of each page to be able to be the new color we’ve set it to that’s not displaying. Also, I really wish, given the huge time difference, that there was a better way for us to leave our questions during the hours we are working that you are not, so it doesn’t take weeks to get a resolution.
