The demo content didn't work, images missing. Can't customise the colour gradient via the dashboard, have to edit css. Unable to edit the background images as they are not part of the visual composer. Looks good but very disappointed. Very little documentation. Bugger all support.

Previous review was a 2-star but they provided adequate support even with me being in a completely different timezone.

The design is great , however changing the color of the theme ( pink background ) as well as changing settings such as sticky header and other basic option isn't easy , I still didn't find a way to do it so it makes the theme quite hard to use . Loading GIF also can't be found/changed easily . Great design but should be easier to use .

Theme looks great, but I couldn't import the demo content. I have standard GoDaddy hosting but there were issues loading the content. I took the PranoTheme a few days to fix the problem. Then I couldn't edit the background gradient color from the theme settings so I had to edit the css manually.

No customer support. Emailed multiple times over the last few months in regards to changing the gradient colour with no response.
