Hello, I bought more license, I’m stuck in a domain to which I no longer have access and I can’t install it on another domain. Help me!

I tried to contact support and my support was expired. So renewed it and I am STILL unable to submit a ticket!!! All I want to do is change the domain my theme is registered to!

Hi. I would like to buy this template but I have some questions… 1) Is it possible to to embed street view on the detail? 2) Is it possible to enable auto search on move map (I mean, load places while I move the map)? 3) Is it possible to import data? 4) Is it possible to add the current coordinates to url on move map? In order to share the address. 5) I´m confused, because in the demos the maps have google maps and leaflet in th bottom. I will have more than 100.000 visits/month so I don´t want to use google Maps. Is it posible to use any other map service (for map, for searching,.. (No matter on add listing because the user will be less for that)). Thanks in advance!

This is an awesome, great documented theme with fantastic functionality, feature availability and even better support!I bought few more themes from this author and all I have to say is they are committed to details and have the patience to help in any situation. Si bien se puede crear una página al estilo de directorios de lugares, los cambios a realizar son demasiados, ya que principalmente el diseño del tema está concebido para una web de bolsa de Trabajo. Pensaba que estaría mejor preparado para cada uno de los ejemplos que aparecen en la presentación pero hay que hacer demasiadas modificaciones para ello y no compensa el esfuerzo habiendo otras soluciones mucho mejor preparadas

Just started to work with the theme and so far I'm more than satisfied. Got all that I need and so far it look amazing. Had some trouble installing the theme and demos but even thou the problem was with my hosting the support helped me and got it all upp and running in no time. Quick response on my questions.

Great support. This is the second product I've purchased from author and I've been impressed with the speed in response to support questions. Great to be able to rely on theme authors.

I'm combining them here:1st review (Nov 2018): This is a great theme with a ton of control and display options. There is a lot to it, so it takes time to learn everything, but it's well worth it. The developers provide an outstanding level of customer service, and it's apparent that they take pride in their product.I highly recommend Knowhere Pro, and if their other products are built and supported to the level I've experienced, I would recommend them too.2nd Review (Dec 2018): I've already left a review on Customer Support, but I'm adding another because this theme is so great. It functions amazingly well and is just about fully customizable with a ton of features. One word of caution though, there is so much available, that it takes time to figure out how it all works together. If you have the patience and/or skills to learn everything about this theme, you'll be extremely satisfied by it. I really can't say enough about how appreciative I am to have this theme, and I very highly recommend it.Update on the customer service since my last review was about a month ago...I am still of the opinion that it is, without a doubt, the best customer service available. You're in good hands with this theme's author.

Hi, any changes I made to the theme option can’t be saved. how can i fix it? ex: Singular name of listing -> i change “Listing” to “File”, But after pressing the “Change Save” button, it returns to the original value.
