Hello, good morning,
I have a problem with the menu items that should lead to a submenu in the mobile version.
When I click on them the submenu is not displayed.
If I change the template it works perfectly

Purchased theme. Demo install doesn’t work (messed up styles and missing images etc.). Tried automatic and manual. Tried uploading the files on my own. (It says “Files for full manual installation is contain at folder /atiframe/import/.”) However this folder does not exist in the download package. I just reached out to your support direct as well.

Hello, I have purchased the theme and tried to install it two times and I have the same issue as others. The theme style is broken. The question is why you didn’t fix it permanently and update your theme files, so everyone can install it without any issues? Or do you need to support each client individually? This is very starnge!

i mean its absurd.. how long you have to wait for this guys? i been trying to get my page right but it seems to be a nightmare what it comes to contact the costumer services as they suggest.. so disappointed with this.. I talk with Jov and he tell me he fixed my broke page and then when i go to look i can see the Menu bar, iits hard to find one of those guys.

1. We are using the Actura theme for our website and we would like to make a custom menu for it. Can you please let us know from where we can create one?
Also, any documentation will help. We want to increase the height of the existing menu and add some custom design scripts to it, may be remove the Search Bar from there.
2. Another question, we would like to replace the Logo with our one. Can you please let us know from where can add it?

How does the google map or whatever map tool you use in this theme work? How do we implement a working map. The demo make is not a working map right?

I am actually in deep distress over this. I have bought the theme, and for some reason it distorts pages and menu. Rebooted whole site, reinstalled again and again, followed every guideline possible on secret lab site. Nothing. I have no time left and, well, when you buy a theme that’s “easy to use” you would expect an experienced user to be able to make it work. It does not, and ticketing is not replying. What should I do? Ask for a refund?
