When trying to install the plugin for importing demo content, an error appeared that the connection with the Github repository was not possible.

There is a notification about plugins that needs to be updated, but when I click on the update button for Jet Tricks and Jet Elements, I get an error stating that the update package is not available.

before I could buy the theme I wanted to have some information:
1) the theme is compatible with wordpress 5.8. ? I saw for example that the plugin you use to import the demo is not compatible with 5.8.
2) does the latest version of the theme support php 7.4.19 and possibly php 8?
3) is the theme compatible with the latest versions of WP Bakery Page Builder or Visual Composer?
Answer me urgently because I have to inform the customer

Our theme supports the WPML plugin. Sorry, we didn’t check our theme compatibility with other third-party plugins. Also, We can’t guarantee for the external plugins to work with our theme. We only guarantee for the plugins listed in themeforest page.

Hi, when trying to activate the DesignThemes Framework plugin it breaks the website and I get this error “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions”. I am on the latest version of wordpress so that should not be causing thr problem. Can you please assist me with this problem?

Hi, I purchased the theme and everything works fine except for a language issue. I used ‘Translation Lab – AI Translate’ to add a secondary language to the website. In general it works, however when you are at the shopping cart and click on a link/button, it redirects you to the webpage in the primary language. The same happens with the checkout page and when using the search bar.
Can you help me solve this issue?

The theme is nice, but on the assistance to date I am a bit perplexed. It has been a week since I contacted them via the forum for assistance on a problem and despite having provided all the login credentials as requested, I have not yet received an answer.
Now it does not allow me to enter the forum as it says that my purchase code is not valid. I regularly purchased the license and with the same code I opened the ticket on the forum.
I no longer know what to do for assistance in solving the problem of displaying the menu on mobile.
