The theme is great and works perfectly for our needs. The customer support response time is quick and very helpful.

Its an ok theme, but you are limited to what you can customize. If you have no experience with CSS you are going to have a hard time. This theme still needs some work to give the options to removed social icons and also the contact form you cant use gravity form because it will not adapt the theme css, so you are left to manually do it.

The humanity theme is not accepting to import the pages when I click on the utility nothing happens my ticket id is TICKET #2543357

I find it strange that they would only include "Hours, Phone & Email" in the top bar, above the menu bar and not make it customizable for you to put whatever you want. Maybe location? I wanted a Custom member log in area, but they won't help me change a couple lines of code. I just think the overall customizability of this theme is sub-par. Even the "DONATE NOW" button, doesn't have a simple way to change the wording to something different, you have to go into the theme's code to change that. Kinda strange.There were a few other issues too, however support actually did help with those. Overall, I think I would've preferred a regular theme (not charity based) that offered a lot more customizability, in which I could've just made it look like a charity organization.
