Hi, I have tried all the procedures to install the template. I just don’t find the way. I also followed your guide which I found in other comments. I know the procedure to install a template I already have a template I try to import the template elements but when I go to add this purchased it doesn’t even give me the first screen. only the error: Template Kit Install Error There was an issue installing this template kit. Please try again. Please upload a valid Template Kit zip file I tried clearing the cache, deactivating plug in but it just doesn’t work. How can I do? Thank you

Nothing to do, I wasted a week trying to fix the problems of this template. You don’t have time to solve one and another comes up. Serious management problems of the Header and Footer that disappear and reappear for no reason. Now I ask if it is possible to have a refund or if I have to think that I have also lost the money? For sure, even if I’ve seen other interesting templates that I wanted to buy, it won’t be. I await a response before writing to Envato. Thanks

I wrote you that there are some installation problems. I wrote to you that I have tried all the procedures (which I already knew) that you have recommended to other users with the same problem and you have replied by giving me the same links. I did a reset to WP and all plugins, and then reinstalled all required plugins. and it doesn’t work. We have a time zone of many hours, creating websites is my job and so you make my life difficult. It seems to me that the payment has arrived correctly. That said, do you take a customer with a problem seriously or will you continue to send me (if you reply) the same link which sadly doesn’t solve the problem? Should I consider my money lost?
