My clients website is LIVE and now and the issue we faced earlier and cropped up again. WHY? we have not touched anything… See my below post raised in January 2022 and on 27th jan you had fixed this issue. Why has it cropped again automatically. My client is very unhappy. I have raised a ticket again for the same point. Please get your version 2 updated as per version 1… A lot of issues.

It’s currency is set to dollars and i can’t change it to INR. 2. The theme doesn’t show the size guide on all pages. It shows size guide in half the products. hi, there… Its shocking that you guys take ages to come back to a ticket. Firstly, there was no transparency when we purchased this theme as version 2 does not have half the things developed in version 1 and you guys admit the same. Because of which we had to change the layout completely specifically for video section as you guys asked for money to do the same. It was an issue at your end so why would you penalize the customer. We had to show a sorry face to our client and change things as per the layout. Apart from this there are a few issues we are facing and i have been writing to you guys but you guys had a Lunar New Year from 01/28/2022 to 02/07/2022 so no one was available. Now when there is an issue and we want you to fix it, there is no reply on the ticket. Its not acceptable at all. I would want someone from your team to please look into the issue. These are 2 small issues and we want to go LIVE so they need to be fixed ASAP. I would really appreciate if you could look into the matter.

Hi I was going through you Theme layout and would really appreciate the design and the flow options. But before purchasing the theme i have a couple of questions: 1. Do you suggest a WP theme option better or Shopify? Keeping in mind the speed/virus/hacking/functionality and custumisation. 2. Can we choose elements from multiple pages from different demos and make our own design? 3. In your product section you have videos and otherwise as well. Will we be ale to adapt the same for our website without can customisation? Our videos will run via Youtube channel? 4. Nice theme, but it is not as flexible as advertised, the theme doc is not very explicit and the support is sooooo slow, takes days to get a response, that is not cool. Example: There is no good enough configuration for the mobile slider and the . Logo on my site appears so small. I had asked for help with this (opened a ticket) but yet to receive any response from the team and it is already past deadline to launch our website.

Hi, on the product page the description doesn’t format as I write it in the text edit space. (In the shop there are no spaces between paragraphs). I’m not an expert, but I’ve also tried entering spaces in the code space, but it won’t recognize them and I’ve also contacted shopify who can’t help me. I would like the formatting of the product description to be exactly like what I enter in the edit space. Maybe it is a problem you already solved with an update? I have version 1.1.1.. if that’s the case how can i update it on Shopify without losing the website?
