Sorry but I’m really dissapointed of this theme. The one click import don’t work, i’ts difficult to manage for non-programmers people and the Support Team respond with a very delay. I think that waste my money because it’s really expensive.

I even hired a new hosting to meet the requirements of the php.ini file, but the issue continues with serious installation issues. I need you to help me solve my problem urgently, because this theme is for a job and I’ve lost 3 days trying to install it, besides losing money hiring a new hosting. Hi, the home shop slider looks really different on my own website than in your demo (not responsive to tablet, mobile, bigger screens). How can I resolve that? And where can I upload the photo on About me as in your demo? I didn’t receive a response on ticksy, so try it via this way.

I can’t get the theme to work. I only see a small clop of the homepage and a notifcation that the site is having technical difficulties. I uploaded via wordpress and also tried to via ftp. Both are not working.

Between the documentation and the customer support you can't go wrong. The site looks beautiful and has multiple set up home pages to choose from. I will say that the rev slider is a bit of a learning curve to learn to use, but you can do anything you please with it. Great plugins included. Same with WP page builder or visual composer or whatnot.
