Nice Design and all but customer support is not good. some problem in design, when we raise complaint its not resolved. I am waiting for 1 issue from 1 month.

To many bugs, they have even got the same bugs on there demos which they dont fix also iv had to fix most of them myself due to support being to slow.

very poor theme and difficult to install and support is also very bad.i purchased the theme and the 6 months support expires without any positive response from the team and the documentation is absolute crapi have wasted so much money on this theme and till now nothing positive from the theme owner

Bought theme which does not have any type of documentation and explanation how to set up, install and customize open cart settings that it would be fully working. First time ever. Texted message, never responded. Will request refund.

The theme is fine.However some features are not well documented or explained. You can have as many menus made as you want,but on the Page Builder you dont see where they are placed. You just know the is a top menu vertical a top menu horizontal and that it. There is no ability to make your own header or bottom styles. Especially the header,not being able to make one on your own and place the items/modules you want in it ,is very limiting. Can be way better.Support is SLOW.

Best decision to buy this theme, so much functions with such an easy and elegant interface. Initially, when I bought this them, I was facing many problems and contacted the customer support for a remedies but the support was kind of slow and they take like 2 to 4 days to reply - but they solve the issues. But recently there support quality is amazingly better (the point where this theme was lacking). This makes this theme worth it and they qualify to get 5 stars.Kudos to the developers for making this theme, really admire such an outstanding work.I recommend this theme if you are thinking to buy it - I can say for sure you won't regret it. Design quality is good awesome, But support is very poor, People who is supporting not even responding my tickets , Sorry to say, website is awesome, everything is good,but have issue only with one page checkout, I gave my admin access, c panel access, everything, i gave permission to delete or modify any file, but just fix the error, They checked only payment gateway displays in one page checkout, they didnt clicked on it to check whether it is taking to payment page or not its been month, error not yet fixed, and response ,

The theme is built VERY WELL. I would like to say that first. Having that said support seems to be very responsive. The admin panel is amazing! My complaint tho is you can't install all 25 themes that you purchased. You must install themes 1-20 or install themes 21-25. I bought this because we plan to change our themes up on regular basis. If I could install all 25 then I would absolutely give it a 5 star
