No walkthroughs on how to customize the template, no support contact on time (reasonably speaking), no purchase code with the services it requires for your page to look like the demo (so it requires added expenses). For this price-point, definitely this is a hard pass.

Hi Elated-Themes Team,
After updating the Koto theme and activating the woocommerce plugin I get an error:
“The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
All other plugins except Elated CPT are disabled.
Please help me.

There is a bug in theme. After the update to the new version of koto 2 days back, the individual blog pages are not loading. Example: https://tanaybothara.com/2020/04/17/a-photograph/

Hello, i buy this theme but i cannot found the license key for wpbakery. In the license txt is written: This document certifies the purchase of:
ONE EXTENDED LICENSE
as defined in the standard terms and conditions on Envato Market.
But there is no Item purchase code.

Congrats for the theme, looks great,
I have 2 questions before purchase:
1.- Do you have plans to upgrade soon? last one was in January.
2. On the cellphone: There is an error on the menu area,
when you click on the menu, for example:
/portfolio
/portfolio types
when you scroll to choose one menu item, the menu disappear and the screen go to white, you need to scroll back again, something wired happened,
