Not heard back from support even though its included. The whmcs version is rubbish and we have had to recode it. Also it doesn't display the cart are correctly.

Hi, just try to register to your website but got this error: IP has been blocked by the Administrator for security purposes.

STAY AWAY!!!
Countless bugs in WHMCS templates. This theme is completely unusable in WHMCS. Developer does not reply to emails or answer support tickets. Looks like this was abandoned by the developer which is a shame since this is a very nice looking template.

hello, have read the previous comments on your product so before i purchase your theme i gat some couple of questions to ask.
Can i integrate the html search domain with whmcs,cos when i searched for a domain through the html template it produced nothing.
Also whats the usefulness of the html template when a whmcs template is available?

The template alone is amazing, can easily be customized & the author has good customer support for the item.

SO many issues. Many of them inside of the "standard cart" and some inside the template itself. Very difficulty to get anywhere with support as they will not refund you nor do they have adequate answers for the issues. Also when you go to submit a ticket on their website the registration end was not working as the "captcha" had issues. BIG DELAYS trying to get help. At the end no help was available and I had to hire outside help to resolve issues. If you are not a coder STAY AWAY from this product as you will be very disappointed. Does not work with WHMCS 7.4.2

Theme working very hard, standard theme load fast but your theme need 2, 3 second to load a page.

It's a shame that such a beautiful theme has been rendered useless due to 100% incompatibility with WHMCS 7 as well as a 100% lack of care or communication from the author from several members waiting months for this update.

Are you planing on fixing the countless problems in the WHMCS template?
I am using WHMCS 7.5 and your template is not usable. There are multiple problems such as the domain registration cat page not working and MarketConnect hosting addon information not being displayed properly with missing and misaligned items.
Instead of helping each customer at a time why don’t you just add the fixes to your template and update it here so that everyone can download a properly working copy.
Also, I am now unable to open a support ticket on your site as it says that this license was registered to another site. Why?? I emailed you about this over a week ago and have not received a response.
