Hi, I have purchased Engage theme and installed it on my WordPress website hosted on Dreamhost.com. When I export the demo site (Business), then there are some issues with the CSS and some more related to http/https. You can see the difference on my website https://gesticonnect.dreamhosters.com/ and the demo preview http://www.engage.veented.com/business/ I have uploaded the correct zip folder of theme and everything is fine but still CSS issues are there. I already submitted a ticket 2 days ago but didn’t get any response from support yet.

It's difficult to choose only one reason for giving this theme 5 stars. I needed something simple to master, but with choices to make it flexible enough to customise, so that we didn't end up looking like other web sites, and this theme certainly delivers. Engage has great features, the design and the options available are impressive, and I love the simplicity of the menus and templates that allow you to pick n mix your pages. I initially paid for extra support which was certainly useful to a novice such as myself, when setting everything up, and the customer support has been second to none. The support I receive is easy to understand, so I'm not made to feel stupid (which I'm not, I just get confused when confronted by large amounts of technical jargon, or some people assume you understand!). The support I have received leaves me feeling able to change and maintain my own website, as and when I need to, so I keep my pages fresh and up to date. We've had good feedback from customers and it's important to us that customers can navigate and find what they need.

I would say that only in the past 6 months I started offering my clients websites services as my main field is printing. But one has to know and offer graphic design services to keep clients and get new ones. I had researched what was best theme plugins for WP that worked well, easy to use/learn, as well as giving the best professional looking site when finished. So Avada was my choice, but a post here by a user convinced me to try Engage, boy was he right. This theme has taken my work up to the next level and beyond. Hello, we would appreciate it if you would update the Theme, since when Wordpress is updated it is very possible that we will start having problems after 1 year without updating the entire theme, I also need to update the vpbakery page builder plugin included in your Theme.

Last theme update was March of 2021. This is one of the best selling themes, seems like it would be in your customers best interest to update us all on when you will release the next update. Please advise.

Engage is beautifully crafted. What i like most is that i am not forced to style my blog in custom.css files. Anything can be done in the themes options. It has a very ergonomic design and points with great typography and look. Customer support is very helpful and reacts fast. Two thumbs up!

This theme is very accurate. But we face a problem as it's not possible to activate a security option Captcha in the integrated contact form, and there is no way to ask the support why, or how to correct it, as the support is a paid option after 6 months. We don't want to ask for customised code, but only why a security option is missing in the native content and how to activate it. Most of the editors are now offering free support when it comes about security topics. But with Veented, to just ask a question on the support page, I should pay $41. Even if we like this theme, the next website will for sure NOT go with a Veented theme because of this. What a deception.

I originally purchased this theme because it looked modern, and fit the style I wanted. I also really love the demo content (the filler content that comes with the theme so I could replace it with my own). But the MAIN reason I'm giving this theme 5 stars is because the support was top-notch. Any time I've had an issue (or even some suggestions on usability), they've replied quickly, and were very helpful. The last issue that I had was a major one, but it was in the scope of their support, and I was actually amazed that they were able to correct it and get my site up and running again – truly above and beyond anything I expected. I highly recommend this theme, and anything from this company: 5 stars (which I don't give lightly)!

Originally this theme was purchased for its customization abilities and flexibility, but when I ran into a small problem (that ended up something from my end) the support was amazing. Extremely helpful,fast, efficient and kind. The Engage theme is at the top of my list of best themes. It's fast and the easiest to create with and as it says, no bloat along with the best ever tech support. Since my first license purchase, I have now purchased 3 more and don't plan to stop there. Hey quick question In the video on the demo page. It shows a testimonial and team member in the sidebar menu. However when building with the demo content on the frontend, is the content coming from the testimonials and team in the backend menu? Or do we have to input the details on the frontend editor and is there a demo account with a 2-3 day activation code to make sure the website performs the way we want it to? especially where the content gets read from.

This is such a solid theme. I've used it a TON of times for clients. There aren't any super cool bells and whistles, but if you are nervous about picking a theme that's not going to work then you should choose this one. GREAT theme with no issues. You can build a site quickly with this one. Our agency's favorite theme.

For a beginer theme is a challange but it is not so complicated. Many things are intuitive, they are clear to understand. Theme is looking nice and the posbilites to modify looks like unlimited. The main advantage is the SUPPORT.They are really helpful, they want to develope product to be better so they are listening the users and implements their new ideas. This theme is developing in good direction!

Very slow (heavy) theme. Extremely rich in widgets / elements, but quite buggy and unintuitive. That's when then the complexity of the theme gets in the way of finding and fixing things. Updates to essential elements/plug-ins such as Slider and WP Bakery broke some of my pages and content was lost. Support is good (within the support period) but after that I guess I am on my own - despite the fact that there are bugs :-/Am seriously considering moving to a different theme as this one has given me a lot of headaches.FYI : A front-end developer with extensive knowledge of CSS has been helping me set up the site and even they were regularly stumped about why things were not working as they should.

This is a great multipurpose theme. Its maintained very well, but what I love about it is how smooth and easy the design works. Most themes lack in some way or another. But engage is really written well.I hit a snag with one of the plugins I installed, but thought it was the theme giving problems. The support I got was amazing. Joanna did some extensive digging, and though there was no fault with the theme, she sorted out my problem for me. Thank you for a great theme and great support!

Hi, how do I make the logo larger within the header? I see logo height in the Theme Options but I don’t need to make it higher, I need to make it larger, its currently much smaller than the image size I uploaded. Please advise.
