No page for clients… I like this and i will want to buy but no place to add logo of clients/donors

Hello, i just purchased this theme of yours and the demo import doesn’t look anything like the theme i purchased. Not even close. It has just a few pages unlike the actual demo of your theme to let someone see how it works and what it looks like and why I purchased it, instead the demo I have is has. It be nice to have a demo import that actually represent your theme. I’m not going to give you access to my website, either, it should be either built into the theme to just click on to import and or your import files are so old your falsifying advertising your theme that is current today. Is there a link I can click on to download or what needs to be done to get the demo I see on the demo site of yours.

The theme itself is of good quality, but leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to documentation. There is no instruction on all the areas and features of the theme, and the buyer needs to be "guessing" how things were done and how they work.If someone says "look for support when you have difficulties", I would say: The fact that there is a support team that takes questions, say within 24 hours on average (which is difficult to do) does not replace good documentation.

When I requested for a working copy of the demo file, Victor gave me this reply:"If you can't import the dummy content it doesn't mean the them is bad because the problem is in your Hosting."Notice his reply. I didn't say the theme was bad. I simply requested for another copy of the demo (because in the documentation, he explained a lengthy process for you to go through in other to download the demo and make it work for you. I followed that process and it didn't work. Since he has followed that process to produce a working demo copy, I simply asked for him to send me the same copy that worked for him. He refused. I also requested for him to upload the demo copy if he can't send it to me which other sellers happily do for free. He refused. This is my second time of buying from him even though I saw the bad reviews he has on this product.Notice his second reply below:"We can't afford to install the theme and dummy content for free."I didn't ask him to install the them for me. The theme is already installed by me. And I am not really bent on him installing the demo either. All I wanted was a copy of the demo file he claimed worked for him because the demo that came with product isn't working. Why is this a very difficult request?IF YOU CAN'T IMPORT THE DEMO, AND SINCE YOU CAN'T ASK FOR REFUND, THIS MAY WELL BE A SCAM! SO, STAY CLEAR!!THESE REVIEWERS CAN'T BE ALL WRONG!This is my very first time of giving a seller a negative review.
