This is by far the WORST theme I have ever purchased! No support or assistance with the implementation. The sliders/images/plugins do not work. PLEASE AVOID this theme and these horrible designers.

I strongly advise against this template author. Even though it’s a beautiful template, you won’t get any support! Forget about buying the extended support right away. This is a waste of money. Support did not deign to answer my problem at all. The only step they took was to install an OLDER version of the template (2.5.0), which fixed the bug but destroyed the template management panel (CSS, JS not working, nothing working!). Today I was able to fix the problems myself – I discovered that the template is powered by an inaccurate version of REDUX – after updating to the latest version, everything is back to normal! When you buy this template, you will definitely not receive support, you will waste a lot of time explaining to Envato about your problem and despite their best efforts (regards Joef) you will not get anything, because the author does not care for everyone! Only your knowledge of Wordpress and digging into the code can save you, as it was in my case! I greet all users. NetBee – apologize to those waiting for your help – you have failed all the way – for me it’s just a scam!

Good features, good documentation, just feel there are too many options that are not linked to the core templates of the theme stylesheets - fonts for example. Lots of other great features tho!

I opened a ticket 14 days ago on the support desk…no answer, no support, nothing!!!!! The last comment was marked as supported but is not real…are you kidding me?

There was an issue on the Product Category page where the page title is showing up as 'Archive' instead of the actual product category name. We got in touch with the support and they replied saying there was no issue with the theme itself but with the WordPress/WooCommerce.So we took matters into our own hands by looking into the source code that controls the output of the page title (pro-framework/template-parts/image-header.php).As it turns out, in the "if else" code section, the theme author didn't account for WooCommerce category pages. Once we added "elseif ( is_product_category() ): echo get_the_title( $webuild_post_id ); ", the page title on these landing pages seems to be displayed as per usual.This is not acceptable as the theme claimed to be WooCommerce ready.

Так и не смог установить. Перепробовал 3 хостинг площадки, везде отказ в обслуживании из-за перегрузки. Перешел на cloud.google.com на сервер 64 процессора и 128 гб озу — все равно не хватило ресурсов, чтобы развернуть шаблон. Конфиг сервера менял как по инструкции, техподдержка не помогла. Жаль(

I installed the template following the steps in your documentation and it doesn’t work. From the console I can see that there are a lot of errors, which disappear when you activate another template. You cannot modify the contents of the pages, the import of demo content does not work. Obviously the template doesn’t work.

If anyone is wondering about buying this theme... please look at the comments from verified purchases. You will see complaints about BUGS, POOR DOCUMENTATION, BAD SUPPORT AND OTHER THINGS.

This theme does not work. After a while elements are lost and can not be fixed. Visual Composer does not work. The creators do not answer, nor support. It's the worst theme I've bought. It is a mockery for people. It is a waste of money. I demand that they give an answer and solve the errors.

the woo commerce in this theme doesn't work and the support team replied saying their developers are not with them . I feel i wasted my money with this theme and would not recommend it to anyone !!!You can check in their demo as well , if you try and add products to cart in mobile , it never shows the products and the cart is always empty no matter what you do . So no customers from mobile as they cant even go to cart or checkout page .

I tried repeatedly to work with this developer to refund my money when I bought this WP Theme and immediately had the same issues other purchasers encountered and they had not fixed, they just left a theme out there for purchasers to buy knowing it had issues. They literally stole my money.

Can you please update WPBakery Page Builder with template to the last version? or at least tell me how to update it? because the one with the template is very old

I have purchased a theme that does not work, I have tried to activate the license this theme (we build) but is not active, I opened a ticket in support of the creators of the theme and I had no answer. Doesn't work has advertised and the customer service is bad. Not being able to solve this issue that I have had, is why I rate it 1 star. Not even being able to give me a refund either. I mean come on, I have 5 months of customer service! what are you waiting for! I payed for this theme and it doesn't work, I've been in touch with the support guys, but they are unable to help and stopped responding. Avoid at all cost. Do NOT support this developer!

It's been 16 days - over 2 FULL WEEKS and my very simple support ticket issue has not been fixed, let alone responded to.

When will you be updating this template to support Wordpress 5.5 as both my client sites are broken even with the jQuery Migrate patch?

Is there an update coming soon? Getting jQuery errors with the newest version of WordPress. Had to install the migrate plugin and downgrade to keep the site working properly.

Great customer support and the theme is really easy to use with the backend software. You don't need to know how to code.

I had an issue with the update which gave me a 500 Error and completely shut my whole wordpress Dev account. I was able to get online with support and they were live helping me get my clients website up and running. Service was fast and they got it all back within an hour or so. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I just wish I didn't get the error in the first place but at least it was able to be solved right away. Thanks We Build!

Hi! Im using this theme for 4 years, but now I want to include a shop in it. Is there a way to include only shop pages (shop, checkout, cart) from demo? I dont whant to loose all the info I have now. Thank you.
