Hello I’ve been having a lot of issues with your theme and I request a refund after removing it from my dashboard, but you insist and wanted to see some screenshots before refunding me. I reuploaded the theme and i Got other new Issues. 1-The theme Setting Tab that was present have Disappear, No way to customized the theme from the option tab. 2- There is no Options tab that allow the color to be change just like in most theme.( You want me to chance the color in the CCS file, unfortunately not everyone can Code. That is why we are purchasing theme ready project. 3- The demo data importer on the theme is not working: Getting error message and the XML file you provided yesterday is corrupted . I purchase the theme on August 23rd 2020 and today is October 20th 2020 and Im still having issues with the theme and my Client is still waiting for their site to be completed. At this moment I would like a Full refund.

Hi I would like to congratulate you for a nice work, I have just installed this theme as soon as I purchased it, but I am having a problem installing DEMO DATA I have used two methods still I can’t get demo data. First method I went Theme options then Utility and Import demo settings (this failed) Secondly I used Tools then Import, run WordPress importer and followed the rest of the process (and this one failed) Can you please help me with installing Demo data as I do not know where I am getting it wrong. Huge thanks

I have tried to upload the theme it seems like file are missing I upload it few times installable WordPress file only the theme is not uploading correctly I have put ticket but not received a reply yet. Can you please help
