Some of the image galleries simply just don't work, making it hard to customize the site the way you want it to look. It's a shame because the pages that you see when you buy the template look quite good.

When could we count on timely updates of the theme. In less than two years, the site crashed several times because Napoli theme, WP bakery, the theme was not on schedule with the WP updates. Are you going to tell me to pay for a support because your work is not done on time? wouldn’t that be a forced sale?

Theme is really good, lots of functions and easy to understand everything. But my rating is bcs of customer support. You ask one question, then waiting for 3 days, they answering also with question and you have to wait another 3 days for an answer.

I really like how this theme looks in the demo, the customisation options keep on getting better and overall because the support team have been great with helping me make the changes I've needed. Helpful and prompt support has made all the difference compared to previous themes I've had. Definitely recommended!

This is a great theme. It's the best photography theme I've seen out there, which is why I chose it. What really set it apart for me was that it had it all - a booking calendar, the ability for clients to schedule appointments, and the normal things, like portfolio galleries and service and pricing pages.The only thing I don't like about it is a common problem people seem to have. Importing the demo data was a little hard because of an insufficient execution time in the php.ini file. However, the customer service is very good and they even install it for you if you need them to. In the scheme of things, it wasn't enough to bring this down to a 4 since the customer service was so timely and helpful about it that it didn't even feel like a problem.I also really like that this theme has a TON of pages already designed, making it easy to pick and choose to create your own unique site. The Visual Composer plugin is great for editing and very customizable.Beautifully designed, versatile theme with good documentation and customer service.

SUPERB SUPPORT, clean code, without any issues. Responsive works spot on, and out of the box each element is tested and nicely coded. Support is exceptional.

Especially in the last weeks the support has been very good, including concret changes and advices that have been very useful. In my case, I have no experience in webs or wordpress, so the process has not been especially easy for me, but in my opinion the final result is good. I suppose like all themes, there is room for improvement, but to me it is an ideal theme for photographers.

The theme is excellent, just a couple of days ago I bought it, but the part of customize is not displayed, also the password protected pages do not work, I put a password to a page but when I try to access using the password can not, Also it does not allow to see the previews of the pages, it appears a message that says that I am not allowed to see the previews.I do not speak English I used google translate for this. But I hope they can solve these things, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and the problem persists.I think the problem is when you install all the demo data, if it is not installed, there is no problem. But that's a big problem since I want the demo data only to make changes.

Great theme with lots of very useful features and functions. Also great support and documentation. Highly recommend.

The support is not very helping and didn't really fix issues with video shortcode and for custom order in galleries. Documentation is very poor and theme very slow to loading pages.

This theme is awesome, the speed in which they fixed my issue once I submitted a ticket was really great.
