Does the theme have pages already built for “practice areas single” or “case studies single”.

Few other questions:
1) There is a pre-loader icon that comes up with every refresh, how do I get rid of this?
2) How do I disable stick header navigation?
3) Elements load while I scroll down. I find this very distracting. I want all the elements to load at the beginning and not with the scroll down. How do I do that?
4) Appearance > Customize section has button colors, logo changes, footer copyright text etc. None of them working. I change a button color, not working. I change the logo, not working,I change the copyright text, not working etc… How do I fix this?

I purchased the theme and installed it to my server. After the installation of the theme, both admin panel and the front end became extremely slow. Almost inoperable. I thought that it was about my server and installed it to another server at entirely another hosting company. Same result. Very very slow theme. How do I fix this issue? Thanks
