Hello, I bought your theme. We will install the first installation on the demo server. But it asks for a license code to activate the theme. When I activate the theme with the license code, can I move the theme to the real website?

Hi, I’m having an issue with the Elated Core Plugin. When the theme is updated, the Elated Core plugin (new or old) does not appear to be working. The content displays as mostly a collection of short-codes while the core plugin is activated or deactivated. The update worked fine in a local MAMP environment but has these issues on the production server. Has there been any other reports of this issue? Do you have any recommendations on how to resolve this issue?

Nice design and easy to use. The customer support is great although I would wish more flexibility editing the styles and with no need of contacting support for almost every change in code.

I'm shocked by the support approach. I bought another year of support and I did not use it, now with two months to finish I asked to help me and they do not answer me! In 6 emails that I sent, they responded to the first to say that they did not have access. I provided all access and still did not help with anything. I already sent 3 more messages and nothing. I'm really very disappointed. I thought they could be long-term partners, but no way. When there is a problem they are not there to help. In all the themes I bought, this was the worst support I had. Sorry.

I think it gets 5 stars for everything so far! The amount of customization you can do is fantastic, it looks fantastic and it's fairly simple to use. The few issues I've had have been quickly fixed by the support team!

Very nice design instead. You can customize your own website. Any how still will encounter some minor problem. Author is helpful. But It will be glad if author can reply a.s.a.p.

A lot of templates - blocks, pages, elements, etc. Good support - they helped me to fix some bugs with my installation.
Recommend this theme if you won't have a really big site. Good for small companies or shops, excellent for landing.

A little hard to learn how to customize at first, and hard to make it pass the SpeedTest performance. And the Visual Composer plugin have no license, you have to purchase it...

There is not a lot to say besides, 5 Stars UX, 5 Stars Customer service, 5 Stars support. all I need for my client were there and response time under 24hrs. I will recommend purchasing this theme again and again!

Hi Support this will now be the 7th time I’m reporting to you that Elated Core has crashed my system and I can’t get it off Elated core 1.91. I’ve tried every single method possible to upgrade and to make things ever more difficult I can’t login to code to log the problem to get help. Although I told you this before I’m asking and again pleading for help? It crashed everytime I upgrade the theme. Remember I can’t get access to code to log the problem!!!!

Great design and perfect technical support. I do not like third-party plugins (VisualComposer) that can not be updated constantly (an additional license should be paid).
