First of all this kinetic doesnt support Gmail, ie you are going to loose 80% of your customers if you use this email template. The compatibility and editing (undo button not working) is terrible.

I just downloaded the Kinetic – Interactive Emails + Robust Editor as this month frre item. Do I need a Purchase Code to use it (in case I will do so)?
It wasn’t an editor included in the download. Is it online?

Hello,
Apologies for the late response.
Yes, the Kinetic template set does support RTL languages. You may have to align text to the right manually in the Robust Designs Template Editor.

Hey guys. We just purchased this and made an email in the robust editor. We have now uploaded it to mail chimp and i’m disappointed that the main buttons at the top that you can pick 4 different options (this is the kinetic version) that they are not working and bringing up the product image or descriptions. Can this work through Mail-Chimp?
