Sadly, very sorry I wasted my money on this theme. I have spent so much time trying to customize it to look every remotely close to some of the example pics and every time I ask for help I get a lame response or it will cost me more money to get it done, when it should be included. I finally gave up and purchased a different theme which I had up and running in a few hours! The support is not good and it is difficulty to use.!

Hi’ I’m trying to find the place to do the directions below in my theme and unable to do so please advise. “After that, to show color swatch icons, you can use one of two below methods: Step 1: Login Store > Customize theme. Step 2: General settings tab > Product > [PRODUCT SWATCH] 1/ Use color name for the option. Naming convention: No space and the name need to be existed in this table: http://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_names.asp For example: Red or Black, Green, Yellow. 2/ Upload icon with the same name as the variant color name (please use PNG icon). You need to go to Settings—> Files upload images here. Naming convention: lower cap and use ”-” to replace white space. For example: with the option color name “Green Sea” the icon name will be green-sea.png”

Hi I have the popup newsletter enabled and when customers enter in their email to subscribe it takes them to the 404 error page. What is causing this error. I do not have a mailchimp account. I want email addresses saved to Shopify customer. How can I fix this?

DOESN'T WORK and ZERO COMMUNICATION. I purchased this theme and immediately attempted to upload the zip to my brand new Shopify store. An error message told me it was missing a whole lot of templates and it wouldn't upload it. I opened a ticket for support, asked if they could fix the issue. A day went by with no response of any kind. Not able to wait any longer, I found a different theme and uploaded it without issue. At that point I sent a request for a refund. FOUR DAYS LATER...I haven't heard from the author at all. So, I spent $60USD on a theme that didn't work, and didn't get any help to fix or refund. Buyer beware.

Hi I am using footer style 1 but i’m unsure how to link my social media account based on the ones i decided. I see the name of social media channel in the footer on the website but when i click on it, it directs me to home page

We are giving this theme a 1 star rating due to false representation of the theme. The author clearly shows a countdown timer, but when we looked it over afer purchasing, there is NO countdown timer. The author stated that additional plugins need to be installed... this does not work for us and we will not be using this theme. When we requested a refund, the author denied it as being unreasonable. We will give the author another chance to issue a refund, if not, we will have no option but to dispute the transaction through PayPal due to misrepresentation of the product. We do NOT recommend this product unless you are fine going around downloading a bunch of additional plugins to make everything work. ***Need to add that this author is absolutely terrible when it comes to customer service. Never worked with someone so disrespectful. We told you, we will not be using your theme as it relies on other extensions (metamask editors) we will not be downloading the addition chrome extensions or plugins you recommend. By all means, call us the worst customer ever. We won’t be buying from you ever again and highly recommend others reading this review to stay away!
