Figured I’d take one last stab at getting the support that is supposedly included with the theme…after no response via the ticket submitted two weeks ago. We are still having residual issues with the original code though and we really need your help with it. The issues are as follows: - Main menu initially appears on mobile then disappears when the user scrolls down. If you scroll back up, the nav is no longer there. In rare instances, it will pop back into view, but most of the time, it will appear when the homepage loads, and then disappear permanently if you scroll down. - The newsletter popup does not resize on ipads or mobile, and it cannot be discerned on these devices. - Open Graph meta tags for Facebook do not function for anything using a page or blog template; meaning, when any of these pages are shared on Facebook, they either do not display an image at all, or they display the wrong image. We have rigged it to work with the homepage and product pages, but nothing else shares properly https://www.docentcoffee.com/pages/making-coffee-accessible-again for example - Is there a way to get sharper images for the products? It seems the theme resizes them, and some sort of ant-aliasing is blurring them far more than the original www.docentcoffee.com Thank you in advance.

Hello We would really love to use this theme but find it difficult to work with. We can’t even upload an image to the homepage slider and see a preview. There are too many other issues with this theme that need to be addressed. Such a shame because it is a nice looking theme but we just can not use it. Please issue a refund. Thank you.

My experience with support was really positive, he got in touch immediately and went out of his way to find a solution for me.

Buyers beware! Lots of issues and bugs. Contacted the support and was told most are belong to custom works here and there, additional charges apply. Disable a google map, or hiding a field is custom work? It should have the option to disable at the very first place. No thanks to this seller again. Look out for their reviews on the other themes before purchasing.

Hi Nova-Works, interested in this Negan shopify theme, however it appears it hasn’t been updated since 2017. Is it just that good,no updates required since? or are you phasing it out of your portfolio. I just don’t to purchase if it is going to cause problems a few months/years down the road and no updates available to sustain the theme running smoothly on shopify platform long term. I just want to warn anyone who is trying to buy this theme about the bugs and the bad code quality inside the theme ... although the design of the theme looks nice the functionality and the customer service and supper is really bad! and here are my main issues with this theme :1- The creator of this theme does not reply to open tickets ... I have submitted mine 3 days ago and I haven't gotten any answer ... really really bad support2- When moving from page 1 to 2 in the collection all page the review app will disappear because of the ajax 3- i had to hire a paid developer to fix few bugs and issues with this theme I don't recommend buying this theme at all after my experience ....

I'm really enjoying that theme. It is beautiful and efficient. I had a few questions to asked about the theme regarding some points that weren't clear to me and the technical support I had was very professional. I had a fast response and my questions were rapidly answered. I really recommend that theme. You won't regret it .

”...create the beautiful site as you wish…” Okay, so the home page allows you to add: 1) FAQs section. 2) Team member list. 3) A slider. You can’t build the home page. You can’t design it as you wish. You have 3 optional sections. Or, the prebuilt demos. Support claims it is excellent. Author took a week to respond. Bought many items off ThemeForest over the years, I’ve never had to request a refund or had support issues, except for this one.

This is a very nice theme. But it's once you order it that you'll see the many flaws, broken links and bugs that can't be fixed by yourself. Don't waste your time calling on support because they won't answer. I had my shop up and running but there was too many small things that I couldn't fix with this theme that made me ultimately have to dish out another $60 for another theme. This looks great but once you start putting it into Shopify you'll see all the holes. BUYERS BEWARE! KEEP LOOKING!! Wish I would've trusted some of the reviews given before purchasing this theme.

I bought theme_negan_1.1.1. How do I install it? I installed it by way of installing theme but it is not installed.

Beautiful theme, I could not be happier with my choice. Support seems to be great as well. I reached out once and the designer got back to me immediately, and gave me the solution to my problem.

Hi, I need to change the pink color on the “Section Subscribe” or just remove it, it’s a simple color change (Negan9 – Shopify)

Many problems with this theme. The advertised 4 About Us page templates are missing from the install, slider copy disappears from mobile version, no accordion menu included. All this and the author takes too long to respond. Still waiting 48 hours after creating a trouble ticket.

Beautiful theme. Would like to see a future release where the very pretty ABOUT page templates can be used for miscellaneous pages.
