What is the process for updating the theme to the latest version if we already installed version 1.0?

I use this theme a while but the BLANCO maps doesn’t work, anymore, even on the preview of Themeforest there is no Map visible on the contact section. was there any problem on the update?

Hi, Nice theme. I am looking a Website like this one for one of my projects, but i have one question:
1. Is it possible to have a fullscreen home with images and sound? Like home-video-version, but with images instead of video.
2. Is it possible to have the music on while navigating? and have the music icon visible and put if off whenever we want?

I use Wordpress 5.2.2 and Redux framework does not work at all on my version of WordPress. Whenever I activate the Redux plugin, it totally crashes my WordPress dashboard. I then have to go into safe mode and deactivate that plugin. Without that plugin, I can't take advantage of any of the features of this theme. I wasted money on this theme!
