I have been customising this theme and anytime I couldn't change a part of it, the guys at TheRubikThemes have been great at helping me and emailing with answers. Very pleased with the support. Thanks guys.

Not quite sure what's wrong with this theme, but it seems pretty broken. The demo import was a nightmare and after I finished that, the site constantly crashed when adding featured images. When the featured images would load after 3-4 attempts, it would take 2-3 minutes to process. The images were no more than 300kb in size. When the images seemed to process, I would update the page and then get a WP error saying I lost connection to my database. I have never encountered this issue before working with any other theme.This theme has been absolutely horrible to work with. I've worked with approximately 50 other premium and free WP themes over the years and none have been as difficult as this one. I feel bad now that I'm out $60 and all the time lost that I can't charge my client for.

I've been waiting for this company to fix bugs in their theme code for 17 days total. I haven't received a status update on anything. Just several empty promises that someone would look into my case. My support license is now expired, which is unfair because my support ticket was opened weeks before the expiration took in effect. It kinda feels like the support team waited for it to expire so that they do not have to address my issue. Buying this theme has been a nightmare. My client has lost all confidence in my company's ability to deliver on requirements. We did our part. It was just a ton of issues with this theme that should have been fixed if the theme was propoerly tested.I have yet to receive an apology or someone for the huge inconvience and money that this has caused my company. Now, I'm losting a pretty good client because Rubik Theme couldn't deliver on the "Customer Service" that is promised. This is a huge dissapointment. I've sent countless follow up emails and have commented on theme's comment box many times. All have not worked. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BUYING THIS THEME, PLEASE STAND CLEAR.If they can fix the issues that I have brought to their attention over 17 days ago, I would gladly delete this review. Until then, I believe that it's only fair to allow the world to see how they treat their paying customers.

Being new to Wordpress I’ve needed a bit of help getting the theme just right. The support has been great even over the holidays.

I have tried contacting the developer through here, through email and through their support site, which is completely horrible and buggy, emails don't go through there, it just gives errors! Visual Composer is NOT WORKING on many of the pages, in the "Teams" pages, "Services" pages, etc. I love the theme, but I can't customize things when VC isn't even showing up!!!!! WHY CAN'T YOU RESPOND TO SUPPORT MESSAGES? I've tried re-installing, I've updated and licensed Visual Composer, none of these things have worked. I NEED HELP and would GREATLY APPRECIATE A QUICK RESPONSE since it's been several days since I initially contacted you for help!

It's a very nice looking theme, but bloated and very slow. Also loses points for customization. When asked how to change the theme "red" to another color, I was told I had to change out every instance of it in the theme css file. Wha?!? So when the theme updates, I would have to do that again? Made no sense for something that should be a simple theme option. I'm using the theme for now for a client, but only until I can rebuild their site using something else.

The more I try to customize this theme, the more I find things that are not working. Not a happy camper.

I am impressed with the design of this theme and the way the team organized the structure and the shorcodes, thanks for a great product.

Loads of bugs and zero customer support. I can't even reach their support because they're saying my code is expired yet on Envato it shows I have 3 months left. Left them questions in the comment section and none answered. Avoid this author and theme like the plague.

The Themes very heavy, my friends said so many bugs, support very2 slow.! we tired cause many problems with this themes, so we buy another themes. Really disappointed! I'd rather loose this theme than a loose client!!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased your theme and was impressed with the ease of installation and setup. I decided to purchase another license for my client. Great Job.

Have never been able to even load this theme on my WP site. There are too many characters in the tables and to my knowledge this has not been fixed since I purchased a year ago.

Horrible Documentation and mediocre support.There are no instructions on how to create Sermons, Events or how to use the SLZ components, so you will have to figure it all out on your own.If you are not very experienced with WordPress do not buy this theme.You have to open support tickets for any questions. The response time is slow, 24-48 hours. For one question on how to remove the Donate and Buy Tickets buttons on the events, I have opened several support tickets and I have not received any response on any of them. It has been several weeks and nothing received back from them.The front end looks great but the back end is a mess.Make sure you like reverse engineering everything on this site and figuring things out on your own. If you dont upload the demo content, good luck figuring it all out.

This theme is awesome ! Beautiful and fully functional. I'm looking forward for a fully translated version in french.Congrats for your work !
