Hello, I bought your template but I’m having serious problems to customize it. The template allowed me to install the demo content, but when I make changes (such as changing the site logo, for example) it does not update the page with the new content.
Also, when making any changes, the template loses the configured fonts and I have to reconfigure everything again, by hand.
I have already tested the template on more than one server (to diagnose if it was a problem with server permissions), but it is not. The template that has problems.
I need help urgently and, if it is not possible to solve it, I need them to give me back my money, so I can get another template.
