Hello, I’ve just purchased this theme for Wordpress however when I’ve gone to upload it, it says the theme can’t be installed as it’s missing the style.css stylesheet. Can you please advise how to fix this? Thanks,

I cannot access the demo content for the website. Its no where to be found. If the demo content is unavailable can I request a refund. I bought the them with the intention to download this. it fails when I try to download it.

Hello, I’ve bought this template two days ago as the main one for my web and mobile page. I must say that I’m really dissipointed, and my decision about the purchase of this theme caused a lot of hours of data and settings restoring. Why? this is my story: After installation, which passed without the problem, I had to install additional plugins, what is pretty normal in that case. This is the list of required plugins - Advanced Custom Fields Pro - Elementor Page Builder - Kiedo Toolkit - Unyson - Contact Form 7 - BuddyPress which is not listed in the list of required plugins And now, the magic happened: - Kiedo toolkit install additional “Redux Framework”, - Unyson plugin needs “Backup & Demo Content” and require Elementor, - BuddyPress installed the “Mails” plugin But not above was the most annoying. After I’ve installed demo data I faced the below major issues: - Backup & Demo Content sub-plugin, overwritten my settings from another backup plugin (UpdraftPlus) TOTALLY – schedule, remote destination, and so on, - BuddyPress – overwritten my settings related to mailing (WP Mail to SMTP) what caused issues with mail delivery about security incidents (!) and others like that. - I was unable to turn off the notification: “After importing demo data you need to register the theme again.” which is annoying, because I like to have my dashboard clean. - and something that caused a lot of stress – the e-mail address of the administrator has been replaced from my to ‘[email protected]’ (pending request for an email replacement). I was sure that I had a security incident and I’ve scanned the whole of my server but I’ve didn’t find anything. Mail replacement request cancelled. Also, I’ve tried to dismiss notification about the reactivation so I’ve reinstalled demo data again – all my settings have been overwritten once again, suspicious admin’s e-mail change request appear again and what pissed me off – all my products, settings, imports and other things related with WooCommerce has been ERASED as well. Almost 8k of products with combinations and a lot of hours to map XMLs from the vendors just dissapear… THANK YOU ALL! I want my money back. I’m not interested in negotiations.
