why can’t you just make it install the theme just the way it looks in the demo?? the online docs are outdated and the files it refers to don’t exist. I could so all this stuff myself with a free theme!! Worst experience ever with a wordpress theme

I have to say, I was going to buy this but after reading the responses you gave for help from verified purchasers, I will unfortunately have to give it a miss. Maybe try and answer requests quicker and try not to give the same answer to everyone so it looks like you care about each customer. Hope the advice helps.

This theme has bad reviews for obvious reason. Do not buy, they never respond when needing support. Messaged 7 days ago and still no response. Web projects are time sensitive enough to have to wait 7 plus days.
