This was the ONLY theme that I could find that is tailored for academic research. I am new to WordPress. However, I easily navigated through the installation using the provided instructions. When I did encounter issues, the authors quickly responded with resolutions. The customer support is top-notched!

May I kindly ask the author of Academix to answer my emails I sent you through the contact form!!! I just bought the Academix few days ago, facing problems with settings and wrote specific questions to you- with no answer so far. The support page is not work on my part. Academix have created a theme that looks great and is very customisable.The installation process is quick and easy, the instructions are clear and detailed. I have run into a few problems along the way designing my website, mostly trying to extend functionality or add new elements beyond the theme, and the support and customer service of the team is A+. They are quick to respond to emails, very helpful and great to deal with. Would recommend.

Unless you plan to keep the red theme, it is a huge pain to customize. After spending a few hours pouring through the CSS I have given up on customization and am switching to another theme. Lots of promise I hope they can fix it up at some point.

When using Firefox, the preloader prevents loading the website. I can also reproduce this problem on your demo page (https://preview.themeforest.net/item/academix-multipurpose-researcher-and-professor-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/20798003?_ga=2.103037059.229786815.1631966854-155591598.1630582977), especially when clicking twice on “People”.

This is a very good theme. Would be perfect if we remove the red colors from everywhere without modifying the CSS.
