Confirming Sandflake’s comment above that there is a general issue with the product images in Safari, as it is affecting my site as well, and the same problem appears on the theme demo site (for example: http://preview.themeforest.net/item/bigcart-clean-modern-wordpress-theme-for-woocommerce/full_screen_preview/20357512?_ga=2.78139351.2108583199.1613768752-1157112005.1613768752). Strangely, it’s not that the image doesn’t appear at all, but that you can only see a small circle of the upper left corner of the image. I thought it might be related to the sale sticker, but the visible circle is a slightly different size and position (you can see this on a preview page with the sale sticker active: http://preview.themeforest.net/item/bigcart-clean-modern-wordpress-theme-for-woocommerce/full_screen_preview/20357512?_ga=2.78139351.2108583199.1613768752-1157112005.1613768752).

So many Bugs with the new Wordpress update and for more than a year no update of this theme…..

Hi there, I am using this theme too and have also the issue that on safari product image are not shown. Further I am not able to update Woocommerce – since version 3.9.3 no updates are possible. Are you still updating this theme? Since WP 5.2 I get constantly warnings that there are some errors in the theme. Good theme but I can't recommend..updates are so SLOW to arrive. I think there have been only 2 updates in 1 full year despite incompatibility issues with the new Wordpress updates!

Built it within their offered themes and options and it wouldn't load when the site was live. Support was so unhelpful and tone was very rude.

I've worked with a lot of themes. This one is really straight forward and easy to work with. Very clean looking too. Love it!

Infrequent updates which is very bad, especially for a woo-commerce theme, it needs to keep up with the woo updates, also just realized the theme injected so many images & crowded my web storage, it also broke my previous theme so I couldn't save it...

Is there latest theme update available? Which should support latest wordpress version(5.8.2) and woocommerce(5.8.0)

I do have a few questions: sometimes the mobile version of woocommerce items don't look very well. And the add to cart button isn't showing at 100% in 1/6 visual composer columns. It looks like the cart icon is about to be cut off.

The theme already is excellent and I have been thoroughly impressed with the support. Its been prompt and right on the money.Thank you :)
